What is New?

All New devices are brand new unopened and sealed with original packing and comes with manufacturer warranty. 

What is Open Box?

All Open Box devices are almost new where the original packing is open but the devices is never used and still have manufacturer warranty. These devices comes with all accessories.

What is Certified Pre-Owned?

All Certified Pre-Owned devices are 100% fully functional. We inspect each device to make sure it's working perfectly and then assign a grade of Like New, Great, Very Good or Good to its cosmetic condition.

Like New: These devices look and feel like new. They have undergone minimal usage or have been completely rebuilt.

Great: These devices are in great condition. They have a few light scratches and scuffs.

Very Good: These devices are in very good condition. They have slightly more scratches and scuffs.

Good: These devices are in good condition. They have serious scratches, scuffs or dents on the case and minor scratches on the screen.

What is a warranty on Certified Pre-Owned devices?

We offer 90 day limited warranty of all Certified Pre-Owned devices. If you experience a manufacturing defect within 90 days from the date of purchase we will replace it with a comparable unit.

What is inspected?

All of our devices go through a thorough quality inspection.

Power: Battery charges up and battery charge indicator works.

Connectivity: Wi-Fi and other connections all work properly.

Ports: All ports are completely functional and all card slots work.

Audio: Speakers, microphones and Bluetooth all work.

Display: Images on screen are clear and bright, all colors are sharp. Each pixel works.

Keypad & Software: All buttons and soft keyboard work. All software is up to date.
